Hive Head is a passive item added in Pack 3: The End Times.
Effects[ | ]
- At the completion of each room spawns an additional Bee Orbital for Isaac.
- Bee Orbitals block enemy shots and periodically spawn "honey creep" that slows enemies.
- If Isaac is hit the Bee Orbitals fly away.
